To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Register only one personal account — holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Batik88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on batik88. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested information. All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. batik88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.

  • Never share your password or account details with anyone.
  • Use a strong, unique password that is different from your other online accounts.
  • Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
  • Notify the batik88 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using this platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, system abuse, or any form of manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions

All financial transactions on the batik88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). batik88 supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other payment methods listed on the platform upon login.

Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method and is displayed during the transaction process.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
  • Batik88 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated on the platform.
  • Batik88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance purposes.
  • Rollover requirements may apply to funds received through promotions or bonuses. Full details are stated in the terms of the respective offer.

Batik88 uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect all users' financial information. However, users are responsible for ensuring their devices remain secure and free from malicious software.

4. Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability

Batik88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected or proven involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
  • Holding multiple accounts or attempting to circumvent any imposed limits.
  • Abuse of the bonus system or promotional offers through dishonest means.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons with no policy violations, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable rollover requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Batik88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical service disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or unfavourable betting outcomes. batik88's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
